Shipping and Payment Info
For US Customers:
Most purchases are handled through our shopping cart which encourages credit card payment, we accept VISA and MASTER CARD. All credit card payments are processed on our secure server using VeriSign. You are assured of safe and secure transactions.
If you would rather e-mail us your order, that is fine too. To do this just use the shopping cart and follow the instructions through the checkout. Then at the top of the screen click on the link that reads "to make an e-mail order" and follow the directions. We will respond shortly via e-mail with payment options/instructions. We also accept money orders, cashiers checks and personal checks.
For non-US Customers:
Our shipping calculator does not calculate shipping to countries outside of the US. Please e-mail us with your order and we will contact you via e-mail with payment instructions.
Shipping:
Once payment is received, orders are typically shipped within 5 to 7 days if item(s) are in stock, 2 to 3 weeks if item(s) are out of stock due to an unexpected demand. We ship US based orders via USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation. If you would prefer your item(s) be shipped by UPS, e-mail us your order (per the above instructions) and we will calculate your shipping cost.
Return Policy:
Please read all descriptions carefully. We try very hard to provide very accurate descriptions of the merchandise we sell, but if an item we sell you is misrepresented or you are unhappy with it you may return the item for a refund or exchange within 15 days of the ship date. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
